Equal Opportunity, Harassment and Nondiscrimination Policy

Connecticut College has a comprehensive institutional nondiscrimination policy for faculty, staff, students and third parties, which includes sex-based misconduct under Title IX. The policy prohibits discrimination, discriminatory harassment and sex-based harassment including quid pro quo, hostile environment harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, other sexual misconduct and retaliation. The policy also provides an overview of resources for support, reporting procedures and resolution processes.
